Before placing an order, Design Hall Promotions will provide a quotation for the requested goods. Quotations are valid for two weeks, as pricing from suppliers and decorators may change over time. Production will only proceed once the quotation and decorator proof are approved and signed off. At this point, your order will be entered into our system, scheduled for production, and cannot be cancelled. We strongly advise the customer to thoroughly review and approve decorator proofs to ensure the correct size, quantity, and branding are ordered.

The Customer Acknowledges the Following:

a. Goods advertised on Design Hall Promotions’ website, catalogues, and other promotional materials may become unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued, and product changes (such as style modifications) may occur. Design Hall Promotions does not guarantee the availability or exact match of any advertised products at the time of order.

b. While we make every effort to match PMS colors, exact color matching may not always be possible due to different branding processes, techniques, and product materials.

c. Exact quantities may not always be delivered due to product availability, quality control, and time constraints. Design Hall Promotions reserves the right to supply quantities within a 5% variance of the ordered amount.

d. Additional charges may apply for “rush orders.”

Production and Artwork

Our standard local production time is typically 14 working days, unless otherwise specified in the quote. Production timelines for offshore orders will vary depending on the product and factory, and these details will be provided in the quote.

Artwork should be supplied by the customer in EPS vector file format with the fonts outlined or provided. PMS colors are required for all artwork files unless the printing method is digital, transfer, or sublimation. If additional artwork is needed to prepare your files for print, it will be charged at $60 per hour.

Payment Terms

a. For orders up to $10,000, Design Hall Promotions requires a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch.

b. For orders over $10,000, including offshore orders, full payment is required when placing the order.

c. Design Hall Promotions reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if the customer fails to meet payment terms.

d. Payments can be made via EFT, credit card (through Xero), or PayPal to Design Hall Pty Ltd. Fees apply for credit card and PayPal payments.

GST

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts specified in any agreement are exclusive of GST. Design Hall Promotions may charge GST in addition to any fees or sums payable by the customer under these terms.

Replacement of Goods

Design Hall Promotions will replace goods if they are supplied with defects. To process a replacement, proof of the defect (physically or via photo) and affected quantities must be provided. This includes poor decoration quality.

We work with highly professional decorators, and any issues are passed on to their quality control team for resolution, including explanations, solutions, and re-delivery dates. Design Hall Promotions is not financially liable for damage to goods during transit.
